Tickets for Burning Man 2010 are currently on sale! First, second & third tier tickets have sold out. Please be patient while we process the thousands of orders from the first few days. If you have a question about your online order go HERE. If you applied for a Low Income ticket please wait four weeks from mailing your application before you contact us about its status. Low Income tickets are processed entirely by hand and we are experiencing a very high volume, so your patience is appreciated.

Methods of Online Payment
1. PayPal orders
When ordering through PayPal we accept all major credit cards (Amex, Discover, Visa and Mastercard). You will also have the option of paying without needing to setup a PayPal account. Although we are offering PayPal as a payment method option at the start of ticket sales it is subject to change. If any problems arise with PayPal it may be discontinued without notice. If the option to pay via PayPal does not appear at check out then it is no longer available and you will need to pay by ACH or credit card.

ORDER MUST GO THROUGH THE BURNING MAN WEBSITE.

2. Credit card orders
When ordering with a credit card we accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard only. No different from other online credit card purchases - you will need the credit card number and expiration date, with the three digit Verification Code on the back, as well as the matching billing address.
Ticket Delivery for Online Orders
Orders outside of the U.S. and Canada are held at Will Call.

Tickets are available at outlets beginning Wednesday, April 1, through Friday, August 27, or until supplies run out, whichever comes first.
Tickets available at our Outlets will be $300 each. There are no additional service charges!
Outlets accept Cash or Money Order/Cashier's Check ONLY! Money Orders & Cashier's Checks should be made out to Burning Man. All payment must be made in US Dollars. Please be prepared with exact change. Absolutely no Credit or Debit Cards, and No Personal Checks!
Walk-in Outlets for 2010 will be announced after ticket sales have begun. Please check back in March, 2010.
CLEARLY print your full name, address, phone number and email address and indicate how many tickets you want, and at which price level ($240, $280, or $300). Please understand that the lower price levels sell out quickly. You will be notified if the price level you have requested is no longer available.
We strongly suggest you have your tickets sent secure delivery. Burning Man is NOT responsible for tickets sent regular mail. Please add $12 to your order for Secure Delivery. There is no additional charge for having Mail Order Tickets held at Will Call.
Payment must be made in the form of Money Order or Cashier's Check, made out to Burning Man. We cannot accept personal or business checks, and if sent they will be returned to you.
Payment must be made in US Dollars. We are unable to accept international currencies.
Be sure to clearly print your full name and address on your money order and save the receipt in case we are not able to fulfill your order.

Delivery for Tickets Ordered by Mail
Secure Delivery to the U.S. (First Class Signature Confirmation) costs $12, and is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
Secure Delivery to Canada (Express International with tracking) costs $28.
You may mail multiple applications together; payment must be separate for each application. If shipping more than one together you only need to include one shipping cost.
Regular U.S. Mail is no additional cost, but you assume the risk of your tickets being lost, and no refunds are issued for lost tickets.
Will Call (held at the Box Office at the front gate of the event, requires valid photo ID for pickup) is no additional cost for Mail Order Tickets.
Orders postmarked BEFORE January 13th and AFTER June 30th will be returned to you.
There are 2500 tickets available for $160. These tickets are reserved for our lower income participants. Please apply for this lower priced ticket only if you truly need one. You may only apply for ONE of our discounted ticket programs each year.
These tickets are available from 1/25/10 through 5/31/10 or while supplies last.
Applications sent before or after those dates will NOT be accepted. PLEASE DO NOT EXPRESS OR OVERNIGHT YOUR APPLICATION! If you can afford to overnight your application you should purchase your ticket at a higher price level.
Please read ALL information about Low Income Tickets BEFORE applying. You MUST follow all directions in order to be considered for the $160 ticket.
Requirements for Low Income Ticket application:
Tickets are available through mail order only
Applications must be postmarked NO EARLIER than January 25, 2010 and NO LATER than May 31, 2010.
Limit one (1) $160 ticket per person and per application.
Participants MUST fill out an application and mail it to the address below. You are welcome to get creative with your application, but all of your answers must also appear clearly on the version you print out. If we can't easily read your information we can't consider you for a ticket.
Unless you require assistance due to a disability, applications must be filled out by the applicant. Tickets may not be applied for on behalf of a third party.
Payment in the form of a Money Order or Cashier's Check (made out to Burning Man) MUST accompany your application. We will not hold applications for payment. Applications received without payment will be returned.
To qualify for the Low Income Ticket you cannot have already purchased tickets at any other level, even if they are to be used by someone else. You also cannot have been awarded a Scholarship ticket in the same year.
We cannot guarantee that you will receive a ticket at this level, and if you are not awarded a ticket your application and payment will be returned to you.
If you do not have access to the internet, please contact us through regular mail at the PO Box listed below, or call 1(415)TO-FLAME and we will be happy to mail you an application. Applications can be mailed out in early to mid January.
Be sure to save your Money Order receipt–it is your only proof of payment. We will return your payment to you if you do not qualify for a ticket.
PLEASE DO NOT mail your application before January 25th or it will be returned to you.

Scholarship Tickets:
The Scholarship Ticket Program also distributes 1000 significantly reduced-cost tickets from January 25th through May 31st. You do not need to be a student or be planning part of a huge art project in order to qualify. Do NOT apply for both the Low Income and Scholarship programs. If you have received a Scholarship ticket in the past you do not qualify for another one and should only apply for the Low Income ticket.
NOTE: We recommend using Firefox, Safari or Chrome as your internet browser as we currently do not support IE 8 for Windows. You may see a numbering issue in IE 8, however it will not affect the functionality of your questionnaire.
