SECURE TICKET EXCHANGE PROGRAM (STEP) IS OPEN
To sign up to participate in STEP go to your Burner Profile anytime after 12pm (noon) PST February 28th 2013. Burners who have an extra ticket to sell can submit it for sale through the STEP system, and those wanting to purchase a ticket can sign up to join the STEP queue to buy.

2013 TICKET STRUCTURE
HOLIDAY SALE
3,000 tickets available at $650 each, plus applicable fees.
Holiday Sale tickets are priced dramatically higher than our regular tickets.
Black Rock City, LLC will donate a minimum of 3% of the ticket price to The Burning Man Project - the new non-profit created to help spread Burning Man culture throughout the world.
Tickets are limited to four (4) per person
Pre-registration is currently closed.
First-come, first-served sale starts at 12pm (noon) PST December 20, 2012.
Ticket orders are fully transferrable and eligible for name changes.
The name on the credit card used to purchase the ticket order is the name on the ticket order.
Holiday Sale tickets are not eligible to be resold through the Secure Ticket Exchange Program (STEP).
DIRECTED GROUP SALE
This sale is over.
Based upon past history, Burning Man targeted specific groups within the community for participation in the Directed Group Sale.
10,000 tickets were available at $380 each, plus applicable fees.
Tickets were limited to two (2) per person.
Participation in the Directed Group Sale required pre-registration.
Ticket orders are fully transferrable and eligible for name changes.
The name on the credit card used to purchase the ticket order is the name on the ticket order.
LOW INCOME TICKET PROGRAM
The Low Income Ticket Application is now closed. We are still reviewing applications that were submitted on or before April 12.
4,000 tickets will be available at $190 each.
Tickets are limited to one (1) per person.
Application period was open from January 10, 2013 to April 12, 2013.
Tickets are not eligible for name changes and are not transferrable.
Tickets are Will Call only.
The program closed as soon as we had enough applicants!

OMG SALE
1000+ tickets are available at $380 each, plus applicable fees.
Pre-registration is from 12pm (noon) PDT on August 2, 2013 to 12pm (noon) PDT on August 5, 2013.
First-come, first-served sale starts August 7, 2013 at 12pm (noon) PDT.
Ticket orders are fully transferrable and eligible for name changes.
The name on the credit card used to purchase the ticket order is the name on the ticket order.
Tickets are Will Call only
2013 DELIVERY & FEES
Tickets are only shipped within the US and Canada. All other international orders are held at Will Call.
Physical tickets will begin shipping June 3, 2013.
Within the US, tickets are shipped securely using USPS Signature Confirmation, which costs $12 per order.
To Canada, tickets are shipped securely using USPS Express International, which costs $29 per order.
Having tickets held at Will Call costs $12 per order.
In addition to delivery fees, all orders are subject to processing fees of $6 per ticket
$1 per order.
GATE AND WALK-UP OUTLET SALES
Tickets will not be sold at the front Gate of Black Rock City nor at Walk-Up Outlets. We are indebted to our Outlets for their many years of service to our community - please continue to support them!

This year, anyone who has not already purchased a ticket through one of our other sales can register to purchase at ticket through STEP.
Availability is dependent on participants releasing tickets into the program.

As soon as tickets are released into STEP they will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis via email notifications to registered participants.
If you are offered a ticket through STEP you will have 72 hours to purchase it before your link expires and the ticket is released to the next person.
There is an additional $4 per ticket STEP fee for tickets bought through STEP. All other usual fees apply.
Ticket orders purchased in STEP are fully transferrable and eligible for name changes.
Ticket orders purchased in STEP are Will Call only. No physical tickets will ship before the event.
The Low Income Ticket Application has closed. We are still reviewing applications submitted on or before April 12, 2013.
4,000 Low Income Tickets are available for $190 each. These tickets are reserved for participants on a limited income who cannot otherwise afford our regular priced ticket.
The Low Income Ticket Program opened to receive applications January 10, 2013, and stopped accepting new applications April 12, 2013.
For questions not answered in our Frequently Asked Questions, or if you didn't received an email copy of your application within 24 hours of submission please email lowincome(at)burningman(dot)com with your full name and email address used on your application. It may take up to six weeks to review applications after submission - please do not email asking about the status of your application before a full six weeks has passed since your submission as answering those emails takes us away from reviewing applications. PleaseDO NOT email this address with questions about any other ticket orders or questions not specifically related to the Low Income program. Due to high volume we cannot answer any emails to this address other than those about the Low Income program. Thanks!
